BluLotus Pizza was born from a simple idea: pizza should feel familiar, exciting, and completely unforgettable.
We make handcrafted pizzas inspired by Neapolitan tradition, New York energy, South Asian flavors, Mediterranean ingredients, and the kind of food you actually crave after one bite. Our dough is slow-fermented for flavor and texture, then baked hot for a light, airy crust with just the right amount of char.

BluLotus Pizza is led by Chef Vinny Bhatia, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, private chef, caterer, and founder of BabyBlu Catering / SkyBlu Hospitality Group LLC.
After years of cooking for private dinners, events, weddings, pop-ups, and catering clients across New York and New Jersey, Chef Vinny created BluLotus Pizza as a way to bring his background in fine dining, South Asian cooking, Mediterranean food, and Italian technique into one fun, approachable concept.
The result is a pizza brand that feels both nostalgic and new.
